WHAT I CANNOT DENY AS ONLY MOMENT BODY

Wherever I look, by day or by night, I cannot deny that All I see expresses the vast interaction of causal laws that beget infinite variety, order, creativity, and beauty even amidst the operative realities of impermanence, deterioration randomness, uncertainty, and probability. I cannot deny that the dynamic interaction between the states of causal organization and causal disintegration work in complementary fashion to promote a ongoing condition of change, recurring cycles, patterns, rhythms, and the vast orchestration and endless integration of all reality from atoms to galaxies without number throughout infinite time and space. To deny the truth of these experientially self-evident conditions would be to deny my intimate organic interconnectedness with the physical and energetic nature of All reality, the genuine trustworthiness of my senses, and the authentic integrity of my felt knowing through This Only Moment Body.

In this intimate experiential interconnectedness with all existence, my Only Moment Body knows a felt sense of Vast Wisdoming Oneness that upholds and binds together all time and space, all life and death. This experience of Only Moment Body illuminates the original meaning of the word "religion". This word "Religion" comes from the Latin word "religare" which means to recover or return to THAT that binds All into One. In this sense, my Only Moment Body may be said to experientially realize reunion with THAT that binds and orchestrates all existence and non-existence. This felt experiential sense of reunion is further illuminated by the Sanskrit word Yoga which means "Joined Together" or Union. In a very real sense, my Only Moment Body experiences a "Joining Together", a "Communion" or a deeply felt intimacy with an Impersonal and Creative Wisdoming Process that penetrates and upholds both life and death. To deny the integrity and authenticity of this communion or empathic felt intimacy with Vast Wisdoming is to deny my own embodied integrity, wholeness, and deep confidence as a human being. To deny this felt Communion with Infinite Oneness, this interconnectedness with all that is life and death, is to deny the fundamental trustworthiness of this Only Moment Body, just as it is.

TRUSTING ONLY MOMENT BODY

Just before the break of dawn,
I sit reposed in seated stillness.
Neither arousing nor negating
the passing stream of thoughts,
my Only Moment Body is a
vast openness to the truth
of life and death,
just as IT IS.

Rather than seeking
partial answers through
words, ideas and beliefs, I
faithfully resolve to live the
question and rest in the
childlike wonder of
my not-knowing
mind.

Cherishing this Only Moment Body of
truth, embracing the felt sense of
everywhere Oneness, I practice my
life journey as it unfolds and
meet all Humanity as
my Very Self.
